FCMRE handled the sale of the owner’s leasehold interest in the Pine Grove Shopping Center, Hauppauge, Suffolk County, New York. Pine Grove Shopping Center is a 53,040 square foot one-story neighborhood retail shopping center on +/- 6.33 acres. At the time of the sale, the center was anchored by King Kullen Supermarket (subleased to Guinta Meat Farms), Chase Bank, H & R Block, as well as numerous local tenants.
