2. User Responsibilities
Tenants must provide accurate and complete information during the application process. Tenants are responsible for timely payment of rent and adherence to the terms of their lease agreement.
Property owners must provide accurate property details and inform FCMRE of any changes.
3. Payments
Rent payments are due on the date specified in the lease agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in the lease agreement. Property management fees are due as per the terms agreed upon in the management contract.
4. Property Maintenance
FCMRE is responsible for coordinating necessary maintenance and repairs. Tenants must promptly report any maintenance issues to FCMRE.
5. Privacy Policy
FCMRE respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.
6. SMS Communications

FCMRE is not liable for any damages or losses incurred due to tenant or owner actions or inactions. FCMRE will not be held responsible for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
FCMRE reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or SMS.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New York. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of New York.
